IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
OF R. H. OLDFIELD LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at care of R. B. Rhodes, 104 St.
Hill Street, Wanganui, gas fitters:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
1st day of October 1980, presented to the said Court by
N.Z. PLUMBERS’ MERCHANTS SOCIETY LIMITED, a duly incor-
porated society under the provisions of the Industrial and
Provident Societies Act, having its registered office at Palmer-
ston North; and that the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Wanganui, on the 28th day of
November 1980, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by
his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will
be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contribu-
tory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of
the regulated charge for the same.

honourable Court do, for the purpose of bringing to an end
the matters complained of, make such order or orders by
way of alteration to the company’s memorandum and/or
articles as shall ensure that the company does not dispose
of any of its subsidiaries nor any part of its business under-
taking, whether directly or indirectly, except by means of
a prior resolution, carried by shareholders controlling not
less than 90 percent in number and value of the ordinary
shares of the company, or such other order as shall be just,
