Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Pohangina County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Pohangina County Council, in trust for that purpose.

Wellington Land District—Pohangina County

1.9317 hectares, more or less, being Section 65, Pohangina Suburban, situated in Block X, Pohangina Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1980, page 619. S.O. Plan 31881.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Te Tapui Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to Section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Te Tapui Scenic Reserve.

South Auckland Land District—Matamata County

12.0877 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 27810, situated in Block VIII, Cambridge Survey District. Part certificate of title, No. 15A/975.

Notice of the Exchange of State Forest Land for Other Land—Wellington Conservancy

Pursuant to section 22 of the Forests Act 1949, as substituted by section 7 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976, the Minister of Forests has exchanged the State forest land described in the First Schedule hereto for other land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Wellington Land District—Masterton County—State Forest Land

8.9300 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 48057, situated in Blocks X and XIV, Rewa Survey District. All certificate of title 18D/1212.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Wellington Land District—Masterton County—Other Land

2000 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 48057, situated in Block X, Rewa Survey District. All certificate of title Volume 18D, folio 1213.

1.7000 hectares, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 48057, situated in Block X, Rewa Survey District. All certificate of title Volume 18D, folio 1214.

1.6900 hectares, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 48057, situated in Block X, Rewa Survey District. All certificate of title Volume 18D, folio 1215.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1979-80 Season Declared

Notice is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined, pursuant to section 27 (2) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971:

  1. That the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for pears grown during the 1979-80 season shall be 19.3237 cents per kilogram.

  2. Being satisfied that the average price for apples has fallen significantly behind market realisations, that the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for apples grown during the 1979-80 season shall be 14.3626 cents per kilogram.
