watu) Incorporated in The Automobile Association (Central) Incorporated, pursuant to the resolutions passed by the three associations who have agreed to merge as one association; to provide that all moneys payable to The Automobile Association (Hawke’s Bay) Incorporated or The Automobile Association (Manawatu) Incorporated shall become payable to The Automobile Association (Central) Incorporated, and that all rights and liabilities of all natures shall be taken over by The Automobile Association (Central) Incorporated; to provide that section 24 (2) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and regulation 8 (3) of the Incorporated Societies Regulations 1979 shall be deemed never to have applied to the voluntary winding up of The Automobile Association (Hawke’s Bay) Incorporated and The Automobile Association (Manawatu) Incorporated, and such voluntary winding up shall be deemed to have commenced on the 1st day of September 1980, and that those associations shall be dissolved on the 1st day of September 1980 in order to remedy non-compliance in certain respects with aspects of the rules applicable to the voluntary winding up of incorporated societies, which rules are inappropriate to the merger of the three associations; and to provide for further mergers upon similar terms by The Automobile Associations in New Zealand with The Automobile Association (Central) Incorporated in future should they so desire.
The promoter of the Bill is Roger Lewis Whyte of Wellington, company director. The address to which communications or notices to the promoter might be sent is the offices of Messrs Scott, Morrison, Dunphy and Co., Solicitors, Challenge House, 105–109 The Terrace, Wellington (P.O. IN the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of a certain deed of trust bearing date the 15th day of July 1977:
Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed minute, Richard Henry Lindo Ferguson, ophthalmologist, Thomas Edward Skinner, Knight Bachelor, Herbert Bruce Johnson company director, and Douglas Owen Walker, company director, all of Auckland, the trustees under and by virtue of the deed of trust bearing date the 15th day of July 1977, the following resolutions were passed by the trustees on the 25th day of September 1980, namely:

That at the time of execution of the said deed of trust it was contemplated that the trustees would apply for incorporation as a trust board under the provisions of Part II of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, under the name of “The Miss New Zealand Foundation Incorporated”.

That the trust be wound up voluntarily as it has not been possible to incorporate the trust as a trust board, it has not been active since 1977, and it is unlikely to proceed with incorporation.

That after payment of the costs and expenses relating to the winding up of the affairs of the trust and distribution of the assets, the remainder of the assets be paid to the New Zealand Federation of Paraplegic and Physically Disabled Associations (Inc.), the association which originally benefited from the activities of the trust during 1976 and 1977.

That the solicitors for the trust be instructed to proceed with the winding up of the trust.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. has made application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to construct a pipeline to convey natural gas from Te Kowhai to Morrinsville.
