Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the
Mataura Borough Council on the 26th day of August 1980.
That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14
of the Reserves Act 1977, the Mataura Borough Council
hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said
borough in fee simple, and described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to
be reserves for recreation purposes within the meaning
of the said Act.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—MATAURA BOROUGH

2.0740 hectares, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 1157, Block
IV, Lindhurst Hundred. All certificate of title 230/96.

2.0614 hectares, more or less, being part Section 14, Block

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Porirua City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands
hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto,
as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to
the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Porirua
City Council, in trust for that purpose.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby revokes the reservation over part of the reserve
for local purpose (neighbourhood), described in the Schedule
hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be dis-
posed of by the Wanganui City Council at current market
value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the
Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves
under the control of the Council, or in or towards the pur-
chase of other land for reserves.

the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part
of the Waitotara Recreation Reserve, to be administered as
a reserve for recreation purposes by the Patea County Council.
