PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Raymond Stimpson of Otoko, farmer, and by virtue of Crown lease R.L. No. 216, recorded in the register book, Volume 2C, folio 107, Gisborne Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Ulric Ernest Clark of Matawai, farmer, and by virtue of Crown lease L.I.P. No. 234, recorded in register book, Volume 3L, folio 229, Gisborne Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 9th day of October 1980.
