Declaring Land Taken for Parking Places in the City of Wellington
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for parking places subject as to the land sixthly described (except Lot 2, D.P. 47011) to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925, and shall vest in the Wellington City Council from and after the 9th day of October 1980.
