CORRIGENDUM
Appointment of a Maori Warden Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962
IN the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 September 1980, No. 112, p. 2835, for the words “Hapeta Pitimou Renie” in line 8 of the Schedule, read “Hapeta Pitimou Rennie”, which last mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Christchurch Northern Motorway.

CANterbury LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1.8590 hectares (4 acres, 2 roods, 15 perches), situated in Block III, Christchurch Survey District, being part Rural Section 538; as shown on plan S.O. 11682, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1980.

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
