Ltd., a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia, but having a place of business in New Zealand at National Insurance Co. of New Zealand Ltd., 27–35 Victoria Street West, Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 31st day of December 1980.
