PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes, and the right of way and electricity easement described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes, over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and that such land and easement shall vest in the Christchurch City Council from and after the 2nd day of October 1980.
