Revoking a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Mount Maunganui Motorway in Blocks VII and XI, Tauranga Survey District and a Limited Access Road in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 22nd day of May 1969 and published in Gazette, 5 June 1969, Volume II, page 1031, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 450152, defining the middle line of the Te Maunga—Mount Maunganui Motorway, in Blocks VII and XI, Tauranga Survey District, and a limited access road in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, and revoking previous proclamation.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of September 1980.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Defence Act 1971, His Excellency the Governor-General has approved the following appointments, promotions, extensions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Army.
REGULAR FORCE
ROYAL REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY
Lieutenant (temp. Captain) Suzanne Phillipa Boon is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, in her present rank, with effect from 8 August 1980.
2nd Lieutenant C. M. Gregory to be Lieutenant, with seniority and effect from 20 September 1980.
ROYAL N.Z. ARMOURED CORPS
Lieutenant-Colonel Christopher Gerald Wotton is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, in his present rank, with effect from 12 August 1980.
Captain D. A. Johnston to be temp. Major, with effect from 15 August 1980.
THE CORPS OF ROYAL N.Z. ENGINEERS
Lieutenant (temp. Captain) M. G. Thompson, B.SC., B.E. (HONS), to be Captain, with seniority from 6 June 1979, and effect from 8 August 1980.
ROYAL N.Z. CORPS OF SIGNALS
Lieutenant and Quartermaster Peter John Phillip Corcoran is posted to the Retired List, with effect from 15 August 1980.
