PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and sections 32 and 216 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes on and after the 22nd day of September 1980.

Rates of Vegetables Levy Determined (No. 2454, Ag. 4/54/12)

PURSUANT to section 3 (4) of the Vegetables Levy Act 1957, on the recommendation of the New Zealand Vegetable and Produce Growers’ Federation Incorporated, I determine the rate of vegetables levy payable in respect of vegetables purchased from a vegetable grower for the purpose of processing or canning to be 0.5625 of one percent of the price at which the vegetables are purchased.

1980 Hop Levy Set (Notice No. 2455, Ag. 4/54/13)

PURSUANT to regulation 16A of the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, the rate of annual levy to be paid by hop growers to the Hop Marketing Committee on hops produced during the year ending on the 31st day of July 1980, is hereby fixed at 2.5 cents per kilogram.

The Traffic (Matamata Borough and Matamata County) Notice No. 1, 1980

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Matamata Borough and Matamata County) Notice No. 1, 1980.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Matamata Borough and Matamata County) Notice No. 1, 1979, dated the 21st day of December 1978†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is hereby revoked.
