Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Blocks XII and XIV, Clifford Bay Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Marlborough County Council; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and hereby resumes the land described in the Third Schedule for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and hereby proclaims that the road secondly and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed together with the land described in the Third Schedule when so resumed shall be incorporated into Special Lease No. S15, recorded in Register Book, Volume IC, folio 231, Marlborough Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Bruce Brinsdon of Blind River, farmer, and Avis Rosalie Brinsdon, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 88762, 88760.2 and 91718 and that the road fifthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated into Lease in Perpetuity LPLS 681, recorded in Register Book, Volume 58, folio 122, Marlborough Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Patrick Howard Barton of Seddon, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage 47888 and 69124 and Statutory Land Charge 68944, and the road thirdly described in the Second Schedule when so closed shall be incorporated into Lease in Perpetuity LPLS 682, recorded in Register Book, Volume 58, folio 121, Marlborough Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Bruce Brinsdon of Seddon, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage 92060.3.
