IN the New Zealand Gazette of the 28th day of August 1980, a petition to wind up Ode Garments of New Zealand Ltd., presented by one Derek Guise Turner, was advertised as being set down for hearing in the High Court at Auckland, on the 10th day of September 1980. The management and shareholders of Ode Garments of New Zealand Ltd. advise that, by order of the High Court at Auckland, made on the 2nd day of September 1980, the petition and all further proceedings thereon were stayed on the grounds that they constituted an abuse of the process of the Court.
