Change of Purpose of a Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve Form Part of the Arnold Park Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for road purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Arnold Park Recreation Reserve, to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the Porirua City Corporation.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wellington City Corporation and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Wellington City Corporation and revokes the reservation as a reserve over that part of the reserve for local purpose (site for municipal buildings), described in the Schedule hereto.
