NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 290 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of Lawrence Anderson Buddle, Chartered Accountants, 7th Floor, Lambton House, 152 Lambton Quay, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 16th day of September 1980, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted during the preceding year and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
