Advertisement of Petition

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 30th day of July 1980, presented to the said Court by James Irvine, inspector of awards and agreements, at Palmerston North; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Palmerston North, on the 10th day of September 1980, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of any regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 20th day of June 1980, presented to the said Court by Geoff Freebody Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Palmerston North, on the 10th day of September 1980, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

Revocation of Declaration of Regional Road Improvement Land Situated in New Lynn Borough

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 of the Local Government Act 1974, and of any and every power enabling it in that behalf, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves that the existing declaration (made by resolution of the authority), that the lands described in the Schedule hereto was required for highway improvement pursuant to section 34L of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 (which said resolution and declaration have effect as if made under the said section of the Local Government Act 1974) be revoked.

All that land being road improvement land situated in New Lynn Borough in the North Auckland Land Registration District shown stippled on the Authority's drawings Nos. 715115-16 and -18, and generally described as follows:

Notice of Intention to Take Land for High Street, Island Bay

The Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take land described in the Schedule below for road in the City of Wellington.

A plan of the land which the Council proposes to take is available for public inspection during normal office hours free of charge in the office of the City Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, Wellington.

If any person is directly affected by the proposal and has an objection, which is not related to the amount of payment of compensation, he should put his objection in writing and send it to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector does not require this, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
