Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands, hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule
hereto, to be classified as local purpose reserves for the
purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions
of the said lands, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT—OPOTIKI COUNTY

6980 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 383,
Waioeka Parish, situated in Block III, Opotiki Survey District.
