Act, the sale of 1482 square metres of Auckland Harbour Board endowment land as shown on plan 79266 as Lot 1, and being part tidal lands of Manukau Harbour, comprised in certificate of title 9B/1172, being located in the North Auckland Registration District; and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the 14th day of August 1980.

Permit to Conduct an Overseas Lottery (Section 69, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977)
PURSUANT to the above Act, the trustee of the estate of the late George Adams, commonly referred to as Tattersall’s, is hereby permitted to conduct within New Zealand, lotteries promoted in the State of Victoria, Australia, in which the maximum number of tickets is 200,000 at $10 each, with a first prize not exceeding $200,000.
This permit is issued subject to the same terms and conditions as the permit dated 12th day of June 1978 and notified in the New Zealand Gazette, of 29 June 1978, No. 59, p. 1867.
The period of this permit shall be from date hereof until 7 December 1981.

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 16) 1980.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 28 August 1980. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
