PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the stormwater easement granted by transfer 569103 and to the party wall easement contained in transfer 38806 and together with the right of way created by transfer 42520, for electricity purposes and shall vest in the Timaru City Council, from and after the 28th day of August 1980.
