Alterations to the Scales of Charges Upon the New Zealand Government Railways—Amendment No. 33

GENERAL SCALE OF CHARGES

PURSUANT to the Government Railways Act 1949, the Minister of Railways subject to the Carriage of Goods Act 1979 hereby makes the following alterations and additions to the Scales of Charges and the rates, charges, terms and conditions contained in the General Scale of Charges, published in the Supplement dated the 3rd day of December 1973, to the New Zealand Gazette of the 29th day of November 1973, and hereby declares that such alterations and additions shall come into force on the 1st day of September 1980.

As witness my hand this 25th day of August 1980.
