Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for a Psychiatric Hospital Set Apart for Better Utilisation in Waimairi County and the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of June 1973 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 June 1973, No. 59, at page 1160, setting apart land held for a psychiatric hospital for better utilisation in Waimairi County and the City of Christchurch, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
