NOTEβAny person who intends to appear on the hearing of the said petition must serve on, or send by post to, the abovenamed, notice in writing of his intention so to do. The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person, or, if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm, and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Christchurch, and must be signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any), and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the 12th day of February 1980.

WAIHI BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Public Works Act 1928, and the Local Government Act 1974:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waihi Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work namely, the provision of a service lane and off street parking, and for the purposes of such work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the Town Clerk to the said Council situated in Hazard Street, Waihi, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during the ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any objections, the objection not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation but pertaining to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice which is the 20th December 1979, to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Private Bag, Wellington.
If any objection is made in accordance with the previous paragraph a public hearing of the objections will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and that each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

TAKAPUNA CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CHANGE PURPOSE FOR WHICH LAND IS HELD
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Takapuna City Council proposes under the provisions of section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952 and of the above-mentioned Act to change the purpose for which the land described in the Schedule hereto is held.
The purpose for which the land is currently held is a recreation reserve and the purpose for which it is desired that the land should be set apart is for a road.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land above described in respect of which it is required to change the purpose is deposited in the Public Office of the Takapuna City Council, Council Chambers, South British Building, 507 Lake Road, Takapuna, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the proposed change of purpose must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Takapuna City Council.
If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land containing 34 square metres marked with the letter A and shown on a plan to be deposited in the Land Transfer Office under No. SO.54397 being part of all that piece of land situated in the Land Registration District of North Auckland containing 37 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 1 and 2, Block 3, Rangitoto Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 1191 (North Auckland Registry), subject to the restrictions imposed by the Takapuna Borough Foreshore Vesting Act 1914 and being a triangular piece of land situated next to the property at 33 Inga Road, Milford.

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 10 December 1979 at Dunedin was 265.09 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice. There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling Trigger Price of 300 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
