THE COMPANIES ACT 1955 IN LIQUIDATION

NOTICE is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 14th day of December 1979, the following special resolution was passed by the company:

That a declaration of solvency having been filed in compliance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily and Mr Andrew Philip Hayes, be appointed liquidator.

As liquidator I therefore call for claims on the appropriate proof of debt forms to be delivered or posted to my office, within 15 days before 8 February 1980, at which date it is proposed to declare a dividend.

Resolved, this 14th day of December 1979 by means of an entry in the minute book, signed as provided by section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, as a special resolution, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr Clive Haszard of Auckland, chartered accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
