Land Proclaimed as Road in Block I, Kaipara Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Rodney County Council.

ALL that piece of land containing 2.2420 hectares, situated in Block I, Kaipara Survey District, and being part Crown Land, as shown on plan S.O. 53688, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “A”.

Road Closed and Incorporated in Adjoining Crown Lease in Block XV, Nuhaka North Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and hereby declares that the road when so closed shall be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity No. 200, recorded in register book volume 64, folio 29, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Margaret Olive Benton of Gisborne, widow, as to a one-eighth share, Nancy Ellen Williams of Napier, mechanic, as to a quarter share, Alfred Isaac Dixon of Hastings, chartered accountant, and Leigh Anderson Joblin of Wairoa, farmer, as to a quarter share, Diane Margaret McKenzie of Morere, married woman, as to a one-eighth share, and Peter John Nathan McKenzie of Morere, farmer, as to a one-eighth share, as tenants in common in the said shares subject to mortgages 346124.5, 346124.6, and 336479.2.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, which land shall vest in the Dannevirke Borough Council.
