Declaring an Interest in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XVI, Onamalutu Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Alistair James McAlpine of Blenheim, farmer, and Ian Douglas McAlpine of Blenheim, farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. DPF141 recorded in register book, Volume 2B, folio 1092, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 10th day of January 1980.
