PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Frank Harold Quilter of Te Karaka, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease RL No. 66 recorded in register book, Volume 122, folio 64, Gisborne Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by the said Frank Harold Quilter under and by virtue of the said Crown Lease RL No. 66, is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 1st day of November 1979.
