Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks in Block VII, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the reservations as to coal, gold, and silver as shown on certificate of title, Volume 131, folio 269, for waterworks, and shall vest in the Wellington Regional Water Board, from and after the 1st day of November 1979.
