PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical institute, from and after the 1st day of November 1979.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land and the Leasehold Estate in Land for the Generation of Electricity in the County of Vincent

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 10th day of August 1979 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 79, 23 August 1979, page 2513, declaring land and the leasehold estate in land to be taken for the generation of electricity in the County of Vincent by omitting the land described secondly in the Schedule thereto and substituting the following.
