(a) Headworks consisting of an intake with a water race
and pipeline leading to the powerhouse referred to below
giving a static head of approximately 15.24 metres.
(b) Turbine and powerhouse with all necessary equipment
for generating electricity situated in Section 6, Block VI,
Moumahaka Survey District.
(c) Tail race leading from the powerhouse back to the
Makakaho stream.
As shown on the plan marked NZE 993 deposited in the
office of the Electricity Division, Ministry of Energy at
Wellington.
