CORRIGENDUM

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 112, dated 3 November 1977, p. 2868, lines 11 and 12, for one half of its width should read for a width of 13 metres; and lines 15 and 16, for the road reserve boundary should read the frontage of the said Lot 2.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block II, Wairau Survey District, Taranaki County

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of October 1979.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Wairau Survey District, described as follows:

Area m² Being
419 Closed road; marked "A" on plan.
1215 Closed road; marked "B" on plan.
115 Closed road; marked "C" on plan.

All parts Gazette Extract 184072.

Area m² Being
816 Part Section 11, Oakura Town Belt; marked "I" on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 11465, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of October 1979.

Adding Land to Tongariro National Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of September 1979

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Tongariro National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered and dealt with by the Tongariro National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
