to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of
the land required to be taken is deposited in the Council
Offices, at John Henry Centre, Pioneer Street, Henderson,
where it is open for inspection during ordinary office hours;
that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said
land should, if they have any objection to the amount or payment
of compensation, make a written objection and send it within
40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town
and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that
if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a
public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the
objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised
of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing 594 square metres, more or
less, situated in the City of Waitemata, and being part Allot-
ment N.E. 42, Karangahape Parish; as the same is shown on
plan S.O. 53875, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor
at Auckland, and thereon marked 'A'.

WANGANUI COUNTY COUNCIL
WATER SKIING—LAKE WIRITOА
PURSUANT to a resolution of the Wanganui County Council
passed at a meeting held on 14 September 1979, the Council
hereby declares that the hours during which water skiing is
permitted daily on the lake, as defined by notice in the
Gazette on 14 November 1968, have been amended.
Skiing is now permitted daily between the hours of 7 a.m.
and 7 p.m. throughout the season.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Petroleum Act
Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand
Ltd., has made application to the Minister of Energy for a
pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from
a tap-off point on the Te Awamutu—Kinleith pipeline to a
number of metering and pressure regulating facilities in the
Tokoroa Borough.

AMURI CORRIEDALE DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of an instrument of
dissolution, dated the 7th day of January 1979 and filed in
the office of the District Registrar of Industrial and Provident
Societies at Christchurch, the registry of the above society
will be terminated on the expiry of three months from the
date of the New Zealand Gazette bearing this notice, unless
any member or other person interested in, or having any claim
on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set
aside the dissolution of the society. Such proceeding must be
commenced in the Magistrates Court in, or near the locality
in which the registered office of the above-mentioned society
is situated, and notice of any such proceedings must be
forwarded to the District Registrar referred to above not
less that seven days prior to the commencement of pro-
ceedings.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations
1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted
Average Sale Price for the sale held on 4 October 1979 at
Dunedin was 287.92 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Government's Supplementary
Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy
basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms
of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the
A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling Trigger Price of 300 cents
per kilogram (greasy basis).

processes of lake ecosystems and lake problems. Outlines how
private citizens and Government bodies can together prevent
and solve problems relating to lakes and their environment.
A bibliography is listed. A very useful booklet for schools
and all concerned with understanding and preserving New
Zealand's beautiful lakes.
