Declaring Land Taken for the Generation of Electricity in Mackenzie County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity, from and after the 11th day of October 1979.

Declaring Road in Block IV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County, to be a Government Road and Stopped and to be Crown Land

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:
(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and
(b) Stops the said road;
and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 11th day of October 1979.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Mangatoro Survey District, and Block XV, Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 18th day of November 1976 and published in Gazette, 9 December 1976, No. 124, on page 2771, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested in Block II, Mangatoro Survey District, and Block XV, Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County, by omitting the words "the road, described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall when so closed and taken vest in Huitiwai Farm Limited, subject to mortgage 196583, Hawke's Bay Land Registry", and substituting the words "the land described in the Third Schedule hereto shall when so taken vest in the said the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke".
