NOTEβ€”Any person who intends to appear on the hearing of the said petition must serve on, or send by post to, the above-named, notice in writing of his intention to do so. The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person, or if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm, and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Christchurch, and must be signed by the person or firm, or by his or their solicitor (if any), and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the 30th day of October 1979.

NORTH AUCKLAND ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE AN EASEMENT OVER LAND IN BLOCK III, RUAKAKA SURVEY DISTRICT

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the North Auckland Electric Power Board (hereinafter called "the Board") proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take an easement for electrical works over the land described in the Schedule hereto, which easement will grant the Board an easement in gross, full and free right, liberty, and licence for all times hereafter to erect, construct, lay, and maintain such electric works, as the Board shall think fit, through, over, along, or under the said land, either over, upon, or at such depth beneath the surface of the soil as the Board shall think fit, and to transmit electrical energy over such electric works with power and authority for the Board surveyors, engineers, employees, contractors, workmen, agents, servants, and all persons authorised by it with, or without horses, carts, and other vehicles and machinery, implements, tools, and materials of any kind from time to time, and at all times to enter and remain upon the said land for the purposes aforesaid, including opening the soil for inspecting, repairing, or maintaining such electric works, and generally to do and perform such acts and things in and upon the said land as may be necessary or proper for, or in relation to any of the purposes aforesaid on, over, or under the land described in the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land showing the easement so required to be taken is deposited at the Head Office of the Board situated in Mount Pleasant Street, Raumanga, Whangarei, and is there open for inspection without fee during ordinary office hours. Any person affected by the said work or by the taking of the said easement should, if they have any objections to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board. And notice is further given that if any objection is made, as aforesaid, a public hearing will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale, held on 27 September 1979, at Christchurch, was 272.07 cents per kilogram (greasy basis). As this price is above the Government's Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice. There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling Trigger Price of 300 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. has made an application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline, from a pressure reducing station on the Kapuni-Wellington Pipeline at Paekakariki, to a metering and pressure regulating facility north of Paekakariki.
