Applications for Plant Selectors’ Rights (No. 2233, Ag. P.V. 3/4, 3/5, 3/6)

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that an application for a grant of protective direction and a grant of plant selectors’ rights, as specified in the Schedule hereto, has been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties. If any interested person considers that he is likely to be unfairly affected by any application for a grant of protection or for a grant of plant selectors’ rights, he may lodge an objection with the Registrar within 2 months from the date of this Gazette. Objections must comply with section 19 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973.
