Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—RODNEY COUNTY—
ALBANY SCENIC RESERVE

39.6869 hectares, more or less, being Allotments 305 and 367, Puketua Parish, situated in Block III, Waitemata Survey District. Part New Zealand Statute 1939, page 211. S.O. Plans 904 and 20405.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice, dated 25 August 1978 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 77, 7 September 1978, page 2477, and that notice is hereby cancelled.

Change of Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for local purpose (plantation) to a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in the Rodney County Council and Appointment of the Saint John Ambulance Association to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby cancels the vesting of control of the reserve for local purpose (ambulance site), described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Saint John Ambulance Association to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (ambulance site).

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Tapunika Historic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for historic purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Tapunika Historic Reserve, to be administered as a reserve for historic purposes by the Taranaki Reserves Board.
