Minimum charge—Except where otherwise specified any less quantity than the minimum prescribed will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class D whichever is cheaper.

Handling—The Department may require all loading or unloading to be performed by owners. Where loading or unloading is performed by the Department the charges as prescribed in Section 122 will apply.

Tallying—The Department will not undertake to tally goods consigned under the provisions of this section.

Covering—If covering of dense-packed or double-dumped bales of wool, conveyed under the provisions of this section, is performed by the department, a labour charge of $3.53 per tarpaulin will be made.
