  1. Handling, etc.—The department may require all loading, unloading or tallying to be performed by the owners. Where loading, unloading, covering or tallying is performed by the department, the following charges will be made:

Loading or unloading (including tallying where performed) .. .. 82c per bale

Tallying (without handling) .. .. 26c per bale

Covering (labour charge) .. .. $3.53 per tarpaulin

This section is hereby revoked and the following new section substituted:

  2. Minimum loads of goods chargeable at Class J will be as follows:

  1. Minimum charge—Except where otherwise specified any less quantity than the minimum prescribed will be charged at such minimum or on actual weight at Class D whichever is cheaper.

  2. Handling—The Department may require all loading or unloading to be performed by owners. Where loading or unloading is performed by the Department the charges as prescribed in Section 122 will apply.

  3. Tallying—The Department will not undertake to tally goods consigned under the provisions of this section.
