Fares—The following special fares will be charged for travel on the Southerner express service, between Christchurch and Invercargill and intermediate stations:

Return Journeys—The fare for a return journey will be double the single journey fare.

Availability and Break of Journey—Tickets at the foregoing special fares will have the same availability (both as to period of time and break of journey) as ordinary tickets.

Children under 4 years of age in the charge of a responsible person travel free; 4 years of age and under 15 years of age half the above fares computed to the next 5 cents.
