If any objection is made, in accordance with section 22, Public Works Act 1928, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

The land herein described is adjacent to 91 Federal Street, Auckland.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 21 September 1979 at Auckland and Napier was 266.46 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice. There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling Trigger Price of 300 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society, on 15 August 1979, ordered that the name of Peter Gordon Wilson be removed from the Roll of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, pursuant to the provisions of section 38 of the Law Practitioners Act 1955.
