Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for soil conservation and river control purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Onaero Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Onaero Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Taranaki Reserves Board.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Public Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Waimangarara River Protection Reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
