PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of August 1979 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 16 August 1979, No. 76, on page 2432, proclaiming road closed and vested in Block VIII, Matakaea Survey District, Waiapu County, by omitting the words “subject to mortgage 104845”.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of March 1979 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 30, 11 April 1979, p. 1088, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested and land taken in Block II, Aparima Hundred, and Block XVI, Jacobs River Hundred, Wallace County, by omitting the Second Schedule thereto and substituting the following Second Schedule.
