Amending a Declaration Taking Land for the Generation of Electricity in Block IV, Wakefield Survey District, Vincent County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 28th day of June 1979 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 64, 19 July 1979, p. 2165, declaring land taken for the generation of electricity in Block IV, Wakefield Survey District, Vincent County, by omitting the land described fourthly in the Schedule thereto and substituting the following.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 27th day of September 1979.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Rangitikei County Council; and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Susanna Grace of Hunterville, married woman, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 275611.3, 275611.6, and 275611.7, and that the road firstly and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, which land shall vest in the Rangitikei County Council.
