Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land in the City of Manukau

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Manukau described as follows:

Area

255 Part Allotment 19, Wairoa Parish; marked “B” on plan.
295 Part Lot 1, D.P. 50508; marked “D” on plan.
405 Part Allotment 20, Wairoa Parish; marked “I” on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 50087, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of September 1979.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Waimate County

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of September 1979.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 7889 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Hakataramea Survey District, being part Reserve 261 and part Reserve 2829; as shown on plan S.O. 13489, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch, and thereon marked “M”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of September 1979.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 9 square metres, situated in the City of Wellington, being part Section 163. All certificate of title, Volume 46, folio 243.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of September 1979.
