Notice of Amendment to a Declaration Affecting Land Held for a Government Work (State Housing Purposes) at Porirua Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes

NOTICE

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the declaration dated the 17th day of May 1978, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 25 May 1978, No. 45, p. 1524, to be amended by omitting from the declaration the words “C.T. 829/86” and substituting the words “Gazette, 1979, p. 306, G.N. 318802.1”.

Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes (N.I.M.T.) at Te Kawa

PURSUANT to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes on and from the 24th day of September 1979.
