Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in the Hokianga County Council.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, described as follows:

Area m² Being
1773 Waima South, part E3 Block; marked “A” on plan.
4921 Waima South, part E19A Block; marked “D” on plan.
694 Waima South, part E19A Block; marked “E” on plan.
2357 Waima South, part E19A Block; marked “F” on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 52834, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of September 1979.

Land Taken for Road in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of September 1979.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 225 square metres, situated in Block XIV, Hastings Survey District, being part Waiomu 2B1C2 Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 338, folio 197, South Auckland Land Registry. As shown on plan S.O. 48251, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “A”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of September 1979.

Authorising the Salvation Army to Reclaim Foreshore and Seabed at Rotoroa Island

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 3rd day of September 1979

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Salvation Army to reclaim from the foreshore and seabed at Rotoroa Island an area of 1180 square metres, more or less, as shown on plan M.D. (N) 604 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland.
