compensation, should set forth such objection in writing and
send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this
notice, to the Planning Tribunal, Private Bag, Postal Centre,
Wellington.

If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a
public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the
objection otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of
the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3.7060 hectares, more or
less, and situated in the Otamatea County Council and being
that part of the land described as part. Ohungarere No. 4
Block, being the land comprised and described in certificate
of title 3A/1137, North Auckland Registry, as is more particularly
delineated on the plan deposited in the offices of the
Otamatea County Council and the Maungaturoto Post Office
as aforesaid, and being part of the land owned by the
Maungaturoto Recreational Society Incorporated situated in
Bickerstaffe Road, Maungaturoto, adjacent to the Wairau
River, and the easement of right of way over that part of the
said part Ohungarere No. 4 Block, as is more particularly
delineated on the said plan.

MARLBOROUGH COUNTY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the Marlborough County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928,
to execute a certain public work, namely roading, for which
a portion of the land at the junction of Moutapu Bay Road
with the Kenepuru Road, such land being more particularly
described in the Schedule hereto, is required to be taken.

Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the
Marlborough County Council at 19 Henry Street, Blenheim,
and is open there for inspection by any person during
ordinary office hours.

Every person directly affected by the taking of the land
must set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make
to the taking of the land, not being an objection to the
amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written
objection within 40 days after the first publication of the
notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board,
175 The Terrace, Wellington (Tribunals Division, Department
of Justice, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington).

If any objection is made as set out above a public hearing
of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

86 square metres, being part of the land shown on Deposited
Plan No. 672, situated in Block VI, Linkwater Survey District,
and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title,
Volume 47, folio 130 (Marlborough Land District), and being
the land marked “A” on S.O. Plan 5519, deposited at the
Marlborough County Council Offices.

has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act

tember 1979, cancelled the registry of Loyal Midhurst Lodge
No. 7244, Register No. 312 (8) 7, branch of the Taranaki
District of the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd
Fellows (New Zealand) Friendly Society at the request of
the trustees of the lodge.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD

PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations
1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted
Average Sale Price for the sale held on 7 September 1979
at Dunedin was 260.67 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is above the Government’s supplementary
minimum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis)
no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.

There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms
of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the
A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 300 cents
per kilogram (greasy basis).

CARTER TRUST AMENDMENT BILL 1979

NOTICE is hereby given that The Carter Society Incorporated,
of Carterton, intends to apply for leave to bring into the
House of Representatives at the forthcoming session a private
bill intituled “An Act to Amend the Carter Trust Act 1961”.

The objects of the Bill are to amend the Carter Trust
Act 1961 so as to enable the Public Trustee to include in any
leases of Carter Trust lands hereafter granted or renewed, a
provision for the review of the yearly rental payable there-
under, at periodic intervals during the term or any renewed
term of such lease in accordance with the provisions of the
Public Bodies Leases Act 1969.

The promoter of the Bill is the Carter Society Incorporated,
of Carterton, whose address is care of Major, Gooding and
Wollerman, Solicitors, Broadway, Carterton, to which address
all communications and notices may be sent and at which
address a copy of the Bill may be inspected.
