Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee, on 17 August 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Strand Tavern.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday—Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 9 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any Saturday—Opening at 8 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve, and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Integration of Saint Bernard’s Primary School, Brooklyn
NOTICE
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that the proprietor of Saint Bernard’s Primary School, Brooklyn, has entered into an agreement to integrate Saint Bernard’s Primary School into the State system of education in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The agreement will take effect on 3 September 1979.
A copy of this agreement is available for inspection at the Department of Education, Head Office Library, Government Buildings, Wellington.

NOTICE
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that the proprietor of Cardinal McKeefry’s Primary School, Wilton, has entered into an agreement to integrate Cardinal McKeefry Primary School into the State system of education in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The agreement will take effect on 3 September 1979.

Designation of West Auckland Community Arts Council
PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the West Auckland Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:
That part of Waitomata City to the north of Anawhata Road, Piha Road, and West Coast Road.
