Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block I, Whangape Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road firstly described in the Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in John Edward Long of Broadwood, farmer, and that the road secondly, thirdly, fourthly, fifthly and sixthly described in the Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Walter Herbert Jordan of Broadwood, farmer, and that the road seventhly, eighthly and ninthly described in the Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Leslie Grounds of Broadwood, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage, No. 107497.3, North Auckland Land Registry.
