Declaring Road in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, Otamatea County, to be a Government Road, Stopped and Set Apart for a State Primary School

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government Road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be set apart for a State primary school, as from the 13th day of September 1979.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 749 square metres, situated in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, adjoining or passing through Allotment 232, and part N.E. portion of Allotment 57, Wairau Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 53931, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland and thereon marked “A”.

Declaring Road in Block IV, Maramarua Survey District, Franklin County, to be a Government Road and Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 13th day of September 1979.
