Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Allocated in Blocks V and VI, Alton Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in Groveburn Sawmilling Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill, also hereby allocates the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, the land described in the said First and Third Schedules shall vest in the Wallace County Council.

ALL that piece of land containing 3642 square metres, being part Section 8, Block VI, Alton Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 9461, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill, and thereon marked 'F'.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XV, Maruia Survey District, Waima County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Neil Marbeck Wilson Terrill, of Murchison, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable Crown lease No. 921 recorded in leasehold certificate of title, Volume 61, folio 39, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, after the 30th day of August 1979.
